Review
This is a two CD audio collection that is written and read by Terry Jones. A wonderful author and animator of the written word. I loved this collection of stories, some are short some are in two parts but all are wonderfully told about Dragons, the Star of the Farmyard, The Improving Mirror and many more. Children will love this collection and some children may have also seen the The Saga of Eric the Viking on childrens television which he also wrote.
I think my favorite was the The Snow Baby, the tale of an old lady who desperately wanted a child of her own. It had snowed and she cleared the path and made a mound of snow and then moulded it into a snow baby. That night the fireflies came and made it into a real baby and had company for Christmas Day. The story continues but you will have to listen to the story to hear what happens.
Wonderful stories and wonderfully read congratulations I hope we will hear some of Terry Jones stories they are magical.
