Review

Cesar Millan has written this book with the help of Melissa Jo Peltier who has done an excellent job of bring to life Cesar as we know him from The Dog Whisperer tv series.

Having watched The Dog Whisperer I was pleased to see how well Cesar Millan's philosophy and ideas have  translated onto the written page.

There is plenty of advice and examples of how to Be the Pack Leader from several of his shows - including some basic do's and don't's and exercise regimes.

I found that reading the book I could take it at a much slower pace and absorb the information given to me, and then practise with my lurcher Willow. Still can't get  her to walk behind, but what the heck - she does everything else - so I can't complain!

I highly recommend this book for all dog owners who want more control over man's best friend.
