Do read this series in order, as the development of the characters and situations are so good.
This is the fourth in Rachel's adventures and this time its werewolves who are the problem, plus the ongoing emotional balances between her friends and lovers, and the threats from the after-life.
Kim Harrison is to be applauded I think for keeping the characters becoming more interesting with each book - more facts from their various pasts explain their motivation, and stereotypes are avoided.
How many more can there be - I hope quite a few.
