I feel at the moment that I'm living in various cafes for our interviews - Sarah Anderson is no exception as we met at Costa Cafe at the bottom of Watersones Piccadilly and guess what it was busy rather than quiet!

Sarah is a rather amazing fiesty lady who has lived life to it's fullest, not letting anything from stopping her do the things she has wanted to do such as travelling and running her own book store. She is a wonderful role model for anyone who has had to have a limb amputated, to not give up and she has given us an insight into not just her world but one that incredible she has found evidence of going back thousands of years.
